It works on one machine
No container, no env contract, production is an SSH session. We make the build reproducible.

A product that cannot deploy is a prototype. We make the path to production a habit, not a ceremony.
What we do
We take applications from a laptop to a URL that stays up: Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes when it is justified, Cloudflare and AWS when they fit, plus domains, TLS, CDN, backups, and monitoring. The goal is a boring Friday deploy — preview environments, migrations that are rehearsed, and dashboards that mean something.
Problems we solve
No container, no env contract, production is an SSH session. We make the build reproducible.
One person knows the steps. We put them in CI with the same checks for every branch.
Users report the outage. We add logs, metrics, uptime, and an alert that is allowed to wake someone.
Always-on instances for a site that could live on the edge. We right-size and explain the trade.
Capabilities
AWS, Cloudflare, Vercel, and mixed topologies with a clear network diagram.
GitHub Actions (and kin): typecheck, test, build, migrate, deploy, notify.
Images that build in CI and run the same way in staging and prod.
When you have the workload and the team. Not as a default personality.
Cache headers, purge, and the difference between static and personalized.
Object storage, backups, retention, and encryption at rest as a setting you can point to.
DNS, certificates, redirects, and the www conversation settled in writing.
Logs, metrics, traces, uptime, and error grouping.
Budgets, image pipelines, and the first profile after real traffic.

Approach
01
Boxes and arrows before accounts. If we cannot explain the path of a request, we are not ready to click console.
02
The deploy button is CI. Production credentials do not live in a chat log.
03
Staging should fail the same way prod would. Data is masked. Migrations run there first.
04
Always-on Kubernetes for a brochure site is a design error. We match runtime to traffic shape.

What runs on PR, on merge, on tag. What is allowed to reach production.
Where they live, who can read them, how they rotate.
A backup you have never restored is a rumor. We document the last time we proved it.

FAQ
Only if the workload and the team justify the control plane. Many products are happier on a managed runtime plus a worker. We will not install a cluster for the resume.
Yes. A frequent shape is Cloudflare at the edge, origin on AWS or a platform host, object storage on R2 or S3. The diagram is the deliverable as much as the config.
Retainers exist for a reason. Handover is always an option: access, diagrams, and the next person named.
